This policy explains how GTME.cc handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We keep data collection to the minimum, load nothing that tracks you before you consent, and never sell your data.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is DIGITAL Adrian Żebrowski, based in Gdańsk, Poland (Tax ID 9571194723, Reg. no. 543098783), trading as GTME.cc. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact adrian@gtme.cc.

Analytics and company identification do not run until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject, they never load.
Cookies and consent
Necessary cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and the company-identification service load only after you click Accept. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so by default all non-essential storage is denied until you choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Who receives your data
We use a small number of processors, each under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and delivery of this site.
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) — website analytics, only with your consent.
- Claydar — company-level visitor identification, only with your consent.
- Google Workspace — receiving and replying to your contact messages.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months). You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these, email adrian@gtme.cc and we will respond within the statutory time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
